Refund Policy
Plain-language summary. If it's your first time subscribing and you change your mind within 7 days, email us and we'll refund you in full. After 7 days, no refunds — but you can cancel renewal anytime to avoid being charged again.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time Premium subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial paid charge.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial paid subscription charge.
- The refund applies only to your first-time Premium purchase. Renewals, plan upgrades, and reactivations after a previous refund are not eligible.
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service. Accounts terminated for fraud, abuse, scraping, or credential sharing are not eligible.
- The refund covers the subscription fee only. Bank fees, foreign-exchange differences, or payment-gateway charges (where applicable and non-refundable from the gateway side) are not covered.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email contact@axiom-alpha.com from the email address associated with your Axiom Alpha account. Include:
- Your account username or registered email.
- The date of the charge.
- The amount and currency.
- (Optional) The reason for your refund — feedback helps us improve, but is not required.
You do not need to justify your refund within the 7-day window.
Processing Time
We process eligible refund requests within 5 business days of receipt. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/debit card: typically 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
- QRIS, GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay (e-wallets): typically 1–3 business days.
- Bank transfer / Virtual Account: typically 1–5 business days.
- International payments: may take 7–14 business days due to cross-border banking processes.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different account or method.
After 7 Days
After the 7-day window, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. However:
- You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
- If we materially change the Service (remove a feature you paid for, raise prices) or the Service experiences a prolonged outage attributable to us, we may issue a partial refund or service credit at our discretion. Contact contact@axiom-alpha.com to discuss.
Annual Plans
The 7-day money-back guarantee applies equally to monthly and annual plans. If you purchased an annual plan and request a refund within 7 days, the full annual amount is refunded. Outside the 7-day window, annual plans are non-refundable but do not auto-renew without your consent at the end of the term.
Failed or Duplicate Charges
If you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or a charge for a plan you did not select), email contact@axiom-alpha.com with proof of the error. Erroneous charges are refunded in full regardless of the 7-day window.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your bank or card issuer, please contact us first. We will work with you to resolve any billing concerns directly. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension and you may be ineligible to use the Service in the future.
Indonesian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you have under Indonesian Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection (UU Perlindungan Konsumen) or other applicable consumer protection law. Where local law grants you additional rights, those rights apply alongside this policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund rights for that purchase.
